How long does it take to process an order?

Due to the custom nature of our products please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be created and processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. Every order is packed with care. 

What about shipping?

We currently ship within the US. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live close to us in Louisiana, you’ll get it faster than if you live in California. The UPS/USPS quote 2 - 8 business days for shipping. 

At this time we do not offer international shipping. 

Shipping rates are calculated at the time of purchase based on the carrier's current pricing.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
